XL Dent software is a point of frustration for the girls in our office. We've used it at our office for a long time. I've worked with it there for 11+ years. The programming is not intuitive. Cursor doesn't land in opened windows. X-rays load slowly, even though our servers and computers are new. Only select intra-oral Cameras integrate with the software. They just updated how notes look when there were much more pressing items that could have been addressed. Just not that user friendly Support is great.

Shelley at XLDent was professional and very willing and determined to help us get updated and get the kinks worked out so were up and running. She is a great problem solver and very easy to work with. We very much appreciated her help!

We started using this software when Dr. Austin started his practice, I'm guessing 30 years ago, around 1991. I have really enjoyed that we can give input to the software developers and see it in their next editions, its fun to see that they listen to their consumers. The hardware team is great! They are easy to get in contact with and are great at fixing our problems quickly; they have even driven out to our office on short notice to make sure we can be up and running and continue seeing patients without delay.

Canton Dental Clinic has been with PEB/XLDENT since 1986 and have been through several conversions and many changes through the years. XLDENT has been there with us 100% of the time! I cannot say enough about the wonderful support in software and hardware. I have heard horror stories about the support of other software and cannot imagine.
