Amazing. The installation was smooth and the attention to detail (which was our key concern) was impeccable. From quote to installation Clint was fantastic. I give 10/10 and will gladly refer others. They even powder coated our screws to colour match with our windows.
We have just had Crimsafe screens installed today by XL Security and Blinds. We are very happy. The difference in appearance from our old aluminium grated screens is amazing. Both Paul (who did the quote) and Clint (master installer) were lovely people and showed us how to work the doors and exit screens. We very much appreciate the work they did and the advice they gave. Clint who installed my crimsafe screens is a very friendly, lovely man. He represents the business well. The entire process was relatively quick and the screens look great. I recommend this business.
We recently had a security door fitted by XL, which was closing quite noisily. We contacted XL, and within a few days, Clint, the installer, returned and fitted another closer. There was nothing wrong with the original closer, but they still took the time to ensure customer satisfaction. More importantly, Clint thoroughly explained the cause that breezes have on the heavier security door. Every point of contact with XL Security &Blinds was professional and super efficient. Derryn in the office was most helpful, Rheem, Clint and Jarrad were on time, tidy, and thorough in their work. The crimsafe screens look great..very pleased indeed.
