The staff at XL are professional and the furniture is high quality. Delivery staff were efficient and respectful of our home. We are repeat customers and have had our chair seats reinforced by their serviceman and again a great experience.

I cannot say enough good. So pleased with the prompt repair service today. I called, was given Chad’s number. I called him, he was in my area and would come on his lunch break. He did , he checked my recliner, diagnosed the issue and ba da boom, ba da bing! He fixed my chair. I am SO PLEASED. He was cheerful, pleasant. In a word delightful! Thank you.
