One of the best place to purchase furniture. I bought a chair 3 yrs ago. I called for maintenance recently, and they came and fixed the issue with no extra charge. The staff are extremely friendly and supportive. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting solid furniture and great service.
Twenty-five years ago we purchased two recliners from XL Furniture. Both have served us well. A couple of days ago one of them decided to remain in the recline position and wouldn't budge. On calling XL furniture for a recommendation for a chair repair technician I was informed that they had an in-store repairman who would be in touch with me shortly. Our living room furniture was purchased 7 years ago and it's still in amazing condition, with the exception of my armchair which has been well-loved. XL Furniture came out to add some extra foam and restore some of the cushion, my bottom is well-padded again! Thanks so much for the great service!
30 years ago, we purchased our living room furniture from XL, and over that time experienced their amazing service for the products they sell. Recently, we once again purchased a Sofa and Loveseat from them, and nothing has changed. They walked us through each step of the way so we understood everything about our purchase. The delivery team was also exceptional and quick.
