I have been fighting with Xikar customer service-or LACK thereof-since November 15th 2018. I hope your lighter never fails and you return it for guaranteed warranty....it willbe lost, no response or carry through with their promises. I have tracking it was received but i Continue to get the run around of where my lighter is. PITIFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
