You refused to exchange shoes that I purchased from your site when the size wasn't right and I also got a large import tax bill from the delivery company that I wasn't expecting.
they sent me one shoe men's....lol not even the right one shoe...it was men's left one shoe...I order UGGs women's size 6. how can you get that mixed up?
Shit service, ordered on a Thursday and they said the item would ship out in two business days. Been a week to be generous and when I asked for an update, they said their ordering system was bugged and they would look into it. Two more days and no updates, and they haven't even responded.

the van aken space is beautiful. the staff was incredible. super friendly. and i loved that they all took the time to talk with me & help me style the pieces.
