The loyalty point system resets every few months here and you lose all of your points earned towards discounts. The guy at the store tonight face was like I don’t care if you lost all of your points you want to make a purchase or not! . Customers service isn’t nah! nah! nah! to every question the customer asked . If the manager was on duty he would have at least gave me a discount as this was an option before in the past when systems were changed over.
