I had a live unload and there was a girl very nice of course but she signed my bol and told me to drop the trailer anywhere, I said it was a live unload and there was this guy, a very rude guy, and said it's a a drop off and I'm not gonna go over with you and close the window on my face, unfortunately couldn't see his name but this kind of person shouldn't be working on this places,very very rude guy.
Worst service ever The “service” manager was rude and highly unprofessional.
The caucasian male was very rude from the start. Very rude behavior towards people of color would zero rating. Very bad impression for my self, next time not pickup this load .

Absolutely terrible. Don’t use them. It’s the cheapest for a reason Shipped something with them. Estimated delivery was 4/7. The item arrived at the final hub on 4/3. 4/11 it still hasn’t been delivered. They just have stuff sit in their warehouse for absolutely no reason. When you ask them why is it sitting in your warehouse for 8 days some hillbilly tells you “that’s when it was loaded on a truck” It takes you 8 days to load 1 pallet on a truck?
