No customer service whatsoever. DO NOT USE! My delivery is over a week late and now they’re not even bothering to respond. They said they lost it and have made no effort to remedy anything:

Just keeping people awake at all hours of the night with incessant noise. No respect for the residents trying to live in peace nearby

Freight caught up for several days. When they finally attempted delivery they did so with no liftgate as ordered prompting another week long delay probably longer. Help is nonexistent and when requesting additional help they give you the sales 1800 number. Brutal company to work with.

I had a live unload and there was a girl very nice of course but she signed my bol and told me to drop the trailer anywhere, I said it was a live unload and there was this guy, a very rude guy, and said it's a a drop off and I'm not gonna go over with you and close the window on my face, unfortunately couldn't see his name but this kind of person shouldn't be working on this places, very very rude guy.
