It took them 2 wks to get my delivery in Romulus to my house. They even showed up one day only to realize the package was not on the truck. A total of 3 different days they promised a delivery within a 4 hour window and no showed. They used every excuse in the books such as 2 guys got fired, one came back and loaded our package then clocked out and never returned, and another “got a late start”. Company is garbage, shouldn't even be in business. Lack the proper equipment and personnel to deliver.
Arrived to pick up pallets. Employees were there by 630. I was told they need to take care of their trucks and would come get me when i could go to a dock. At 715... i was put to a dock.... They finished loading by 945. It was not quick at all. Employee was friendly... no urgency.
