They don't even deserve 1 star! Use them if you like getting gouged and dealing with problems! Comcast / Xfinity must be going for the corporate world record for corporate rip-offs combined with horrible and way overpriced service in both business and residential plans. I can't think of even 1 positive thing to say in 3 experiences spanning 35+ years! Used them in the mid 1990's and vowed to never use them again. Nothing can ruin your day more than dealing with this store. My contract expired, so naturally the next bill triples. I was willing to sign another contract, but they wouldn't come down one cent over the bill that tripled. So basically, it was a total waste of time. Hello Frontier
