I paid a visit to Xfinity University Parkway Bradenton for a upgraded box provided by my condominium association. Kevin J was assigned to assist me. Kevin’s demeanor and patience was boundless. I cannot say how refreshing it was to have a young adult also helping me (80 year old woman) with a frustrating cell phone too.
