The current Management Team is Hostile to customers. The service staff are friendly and helpful as they can be. But, two experiences involving management were completely inappropriate. The first dodged completing the task because after hours of being there the upload would have taken him past closing time. Just trying to return my equipment. Was told I have to wait along with 12 other people until they have time to receive it. Who has this much time to wait this long?
Excellent sales rep however no service but clean quick and precise with info
Full service location, and well equipped to resolve technical and other issues. I’d like to give it a 5.0, but due to other technical difficulties within the corporation overall. I’d have to say this is one of the better Xfinity shops. In fact the manager and the assistant manager of this shop should be promoted and put in a position where they can train other managers to be as effective.
