You'll only get what you want at the xfinity stores. Forget the app and call centers. Id never give xfinity my business if there was a choice.
Went to upgrade internet. Store is empty except for person at counter. Had 80 year old handicapped mom with me. Told them she is handicapped but they wouldn’t let her sit on one of the 3 empty couches in store. They were abrupt. Told her to wait outside in 90 degree weather. And wait time was 30-45 men while 3 employees in store and one person at counter.
This is worst decision I ever made. I brought a Google pixel phone from them for $400 and when I was done with the contract I wanted to switch perviders to metro and keep the same number, and do you know they refused to unlock the phone. They lied to me and told me that Verizon had to unlock the phone and I couldn't understand why they told me that. I guess it was to get rid of me. Now I have a $400 phone that is useless to me.
