My husband arrived at this location today at around 11:15-11:30. The customer service was completely useless. He was denied assistance on something xfinity sold us that never worked. It was even admitted that to him that the storm ready device didn’t work well and they’ve had issues with other clients and it’s no longer sold apparently. We explained when a technician came out to help wi th our internet because it kept going out they told us remove that device as it was interfering and sure enough once it was removed no issue... read more
