Xenith bank headquarter I am well aware of being bought by union bank .. i have an HSA savings account here in Elizabeth City NC and have had for years with no problems but apparently all of sudden Union has a made some kind of decision that they dont want to deal with HSA accounts. Im kinda guessing here but since government is involved with these accounts they cant just shut us down and say have a nice day so (((union)) has decided to force us out by making out debit cards not work and making it extremely hard to get money... read more
