From the convenient location to the new renovated building to friendly staff who goes out of their way to meet my needs, banking and beyond, I am so thankful for my Fifth Third here in Xenia.
Tried calling this bank 5 times, at 2 o clock on a Monday, and never got a single answer.. this was after stopping in another location nearby and being told we’d have to make an appointment, even though none of the staff was busy. My fiancée and I were interested in a joint account and just wanted to schedule a sit down, but have decided to take our business elsewhere. Especially after reading the other reviews. They act like you walking through the door for assistance is offensive to their existence. I already closed my checking account and am trying to transfer my car loan now because I would do anything to never have to deal with this extremely uncomfortable over-decorated bank again. They need to worry less about furniture and more about decent employees
Location is inconvenient. Only 2 tellers at any time. A lot of associates sitting in cubicles doing nothing. I want my bank to look like a bank. Not a coffee shop.
