While many staff here are courteous and helpful, Robby’s repeated disrespectful and unprofessional attitude toward me — for reasons I don’t understand — makes me think twice before walking into this branch for service. I have never experienced anything like this at any other bank. I have been with Fifth Third for years, but now I am seriously considering switching to Chase or Key Bank.
From the convenient location to the new renovated building to friendly staff who goes out of their way to meet my needs, banking and beyond, I am so thankful for my Fifth Third here in Xenia.
Tried calling this bank 5 times, at 2 o clock on a Monday, and never got a single answer.. this was after stopping in another location nearby and being told we’d have to make an appointment, even though none of the staff was busy. My fiancée and I were interested in a joint account and just wanted to schedule a sit down, but have decided to take our business elsewhere. Especially after reading the other reviews.
