I had a virtual call with Jada Williamson, and she fully explained how the platform works. Every question I had, she was able to answer thoroughly. We shared screens, and she helped me make some new classification accounts specific to our business. This has all the features of QB, but is more cost effective. Great job, Jada

I had to reschedule, and then they did as well a few times, but when I had my session with Jada, she was delightful, patient and made sure ALL my questions were answered. We ran out of time in our original session due to me not logging in twice before our , I had to authenticate my account. Jada offered to schedule more time later that day, to insure I got set up to the level I needed. That is very rare these days and was so appreciated. Jada is a rare gem!

I had a zoom call with Jada. She explained how Xero works, and gave some insights into how to convert from QuickBooks to Xero. In a lot of ways the two platforms do the same thing, but as a non-accountant, Xero is just easier for me to understand. They are very well organized, with visuals that help make reconciling transactions simpler to understand. I appreciate Jada's thorough explanation in a simple, yet insightful way.
