I must say I was very disappointed & upset with my experience at this store. The owner has a very strict “Policy” in place regarding returned items. This shop does not offer refunds…only credit. I purchased a top but changed my mind before wearing it. To my surprise I was informed that I can not get my money back, only credit. The owner pointed out a small sign that explained this “policy” which is very easy to miss. The owner also declined to make an exception which left me frustrated and upset. Beautiful store, beautiful products and inventory. Staff are friendly, lots of unique home decor, jewelry, gift items and beautiful clothing and footwear. Highly recommend.
A store designed to appeal to the tourists in st. Jacobs but with enough interesting and unique housewares and clothing to make a visit by us locals a treat too.
