Basically this has been the worst experience. Don't use this company. The drivers are late and uncommunicative. Will tell you one thing so you are satisfied then do another. We bought a car for the first time out of state and got stuck with this transport from the dealership. It has been a nightmare. My expensive car has been riding around on the truck for 5 days in the storms. While cars that have gotten on there after mine have gotten off first. He picked it up a day late. Please be aware that this Xclusive Auto Transport, INC is a fraud. Do not hire them to ship your vehicle. I had extremely bad experience with Xclusive Auto Transport. I was agreed with Big Ben's Auto to transfer my daughter's car from San Diego, CA to Davie, FL for $790. I paid $290 via Venmo as deposit, and I was told by Don McDowell (Big Ben's Auto) that I only had to pay $500 when driver deliver the car.
