Very disappointed. Went to get my iPhone 15 screen repaired. Everything worked fine until I realized that FACE REC does not work with the screens they use. I was not told this disclaimer before purchase. When I called back to tell them I was essentially told it’s my problem. No offer to help. Super disappointed, I thought the service was great when I got it done yesterday and would’ve recommended. But it seems like shady business practices and cutting corners is going to happen everywhere.
