Horrible experience I took my phone for a screen repair, my phone was working great before I took it now it shuts off every 2 minutes and they told me they will not be responsible. They tried getting more money off me . I don’t like to do this but hopefully it doesn’t happen to someone else
don't get the aftermarket screen. face id will be disabled. seems like something a decent repair shop would know and tell their customers but they never said anything about this. only take cash or zelle so there's no recourse either. edit: screen stopped working after a month, real pos repair job ✌🏼
First of all, I didn’t receive any discount or was asked to make this review. I just genuinely had a great experience. I needed to get my kid’s OnePlus phone repaired, which was a challenge because it’s not a common model, and many repair places either couldn’t order the screen or quoted over $100. Since it’s an older phone we use mainly as a backup for communication, I was hoping to keep costs down. SCAMMED ME. They also only took payment via Zelle so I couldn't dispute/charge back. Knowingly sold me an aftermarket screen that was no longer compatible with current versions of Samsung phones but didn't tell me. I brought it back and they wouldn't accept the return, the guy even admitted he knew of the compatibility issue and that the aftermarket screens they stock no longer work.
