My wife did her tax with them this year and they they did a horrible job. Wife was gonna do a energy appliance write off and do her OT write off. She was gonna hold off and wait til we give her those info and QMID for the furnace. BUT she just sent it off anyways because she got paid already. Later, we received a letter from the IRS telling us we needed to provide QMID but she said she got the QMID but she lied. Charged us extra $50 to do the OT write off but she didn't do that too.
