Well organized. Very helpful and friendly especially when dealing with people that are most likely dealing with some level of pain or discomfort.
Because I spend winter in Florida, i have used several PT facilities and Xtra is my favorite! The therapists all are genuinely interested into my no longer needing PT! I am headed south for winter the end of the month and I am hoping to be ready to “trash my walker”!!
Sending a Thank You, Shout Out, to Carrie, office manager, for her excellent help getting me reinstated with insurance to continue much needed therapy! Surgeon had indicated recovery could take six months to a year. It has been painful and admittedly very slow going, but surely did not warrant stopping after only three months. Their attention to detail is amazing! I’ve had multiple issues addressed over the years. And at this point, I feel great!
I really like xcel when I did PT after my shoulder surgery back in 21. But when I recently went in for PT for my hip, I was FAR from happy! I explained what was going on, what injuries I had and certain things/stretches my surgeon specifically told me NOT to do. I expressed numerous times that I was not to do certain things they were asking me and yet they still had me do them against my Drs orders.
