The swimming pool is in good condition and clean. The place not so clean and that’s due to people not necessarily the staff. People don’t care and not even flush the toilets after themself.
Recently joined X-cel found the staff professional helpful and welcoming. Huge thank you to Jamie, Grant and Mandy who are brilliant at their jobs. Staff work extremely hard to make users welcome and to keep the place clean, quite a difficult task given the number of people coming through the centre daily. Also coping incredibly well with many children coming in and out before, during and after the school day.
