i have had nothing but stress and headachs due to hireing xceladjusters i spent 51 weeks in a hotel waiting to get the money to fix my house.and when my house started geting worked on by there preffered contractor(royal constuction)the work was amature at best they used the cheapest products they could get, did some of the worst work i have ever seen.its now 52 weeks since my house was damaged by a storm and its still not done.they wont answer there phone when i call they have no supervision over there workers who dont know ... read more

We at Xcel Adjusters are not contractors. We do not do any construction work of any kind. We had a contract with Mr. ************ to assist him in the process of his insurance insurance claim. During the negotiation process, which his insurance company delayed at every step available to them, we were able to increase his settlement by three times the amount offered by his insurance company.
