The staff here is amazing! For a tiny location, they have big hearts and love doing what they do! All bankers and tellers know there regular customers by frost and last name, and are always super friendly with the customers. They always ask how your day is going and are genuine when they ask. If I could give them 6 star rating, I would!
Been with them for years and its gotten increasingly harder to make any online transaction to the point now that its almost impossible without my card being declined and or visa fraud protection calling me (on xceeds behalf). I am done with them. I cant even get a hold of anyone using their support line even though it clearly says that they are open during the times I am calling.
