I highly recommend this company. Managing operations at a general store and working with companies across the nation, XBlue proved to be one of the best to partner with. They consistently provided superior remote technical support and always impressed me with how quickly they were able to troubleshoot and resolve issues during the first couple of weeks. The service is exceptional and the price you get for your bundle system is great if you are trying to avoid costly per line fees. You can install the equipment yourself and as long as you register your product, you will get free tech-support for a year. Highly recommend

Had a customer ready to abandon their Xblue system, I was trying to get them to keep it so I reached out to Xblue for help. They won't help if the customer doesn't register and pay for support. That made the customer's decision very easy and may cost me a client.

The Staff is Amazing! The Value is Incredible! Phones got hacked and hijacked. Phones kept crashing. We sold our equipment on Amazon for a fifty dollar loss. I super liked the people that worked there but the system took a lot of hands on. For a very large company with a IT department this system would be perfect. For a small business it is not the right fit.
