My friend has been using this Law Firm for about six months now…WORSE MISTAKE EVER!!! First of all…any time you call the receptionist answering the call, speaks in Spanish…I’m sorry, but in my opinion calls should be answered in English for clarification. Secondly, they really act like they really don’t know who you are…every single time…I’m sure they have caller ID…who doesn’t? Third…two words…HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!! I can’t say enough great things about everyone at Xavier Law Firm, especially Scarlett. We weren’t familiar with Probating a Will, but Scarlet and everyone involved made us feel very comfortable and the process was very smooth. It was actually an enjoyable experience for my Mom and I.
