The Xanatek product itself is very easy to use, however if we do need assistance, our call is answered promptly by a real person. All the people I have worked with are very friendly and helpful. If they aren't able to explain or fix something immediately, they always get back to us in a timely manner.
Whenever we have needed to start new staff or refresh our knowledge of the systems abilities Xanatek is always there to help. We can talk to a live person that can walk us through what ever our need is. They take as much time as needed and answer every question even if its multiple times. They are always professional and friendly.
Very good company. Training goes very smooth and the staff is very responsive to any and all questions. Would recommend them for any size agency.
We appreciate the support we receive. There is not a perfect program out there when you are dealing with a two person agency and 100 person agency. Other than accounting we feel the system takes care of 90% of our needs in an efficient manner.
