1. Love the customer service responses to my questions or issues. No long wait times on hold and I've never had a situation where they couldn't resolve my problem or question. 2. Just switched to the cloud version. It's $100 more a month, but a. let's me access IMS from any computer. That's especially convenient with the current Pandemic situation and working at home. b.
