When you decide to relive your youth, and think roller skating is a good way to start, this is a great stop when you need some gear. It’s been over 15yrs since the last time we went out to a roller rink, my wife’s skates were missing a stopper, and boy did this place come in handy. They have all the gear you may need. I even bought a disco ball necklace for the event, they have groovy clothing, nice new skates and they are truly affordable and kind.

Really cute shop! I don’t roller skate but it was still worth checking out. I ended up buying branded muscle crop tee that looks great with one of my midi skirts. If you do skate, then Xanadu has plenty of gear for you, from socks to safety gear. And of course roller skates! The owner is super cool and friendly. And the space is has good vibes, full of color. Definitely check it out the next time you’re on State Street!

I’m not even a local and had to come find this on maps and tell you how blown away I am by the customer service of this skate shop. Hands down 5 star experience and this was a custom, online order- I can only imagine local shopping is even better. Val is kind, communicative, and super helpful. Show this shop some love, it is apparent how much pride and care is put into this business. Thank you for such a wonderful experience, it is truly a breath of fresh air💓
