This is a scam. Try getting rid of them once they have your account information. I have been trying for 2 years to cancel services and they still bill my account. I now have to close down all my accounts and reopen just to get rid of them because all the numbers I had were disconnected and they stopped answering emails when I asked to cancel. Be careful

I used Xact Law for about 5 months from November 2017 to March 2018. During that time nothing on my credit report changed, with the exception of the work that I had done previous to signing up with Xact Law. They filed power of attorney notices with all my creditors and that was it. When I would ask for updates, they would say the law only allows them to send out 3 disputes per month to each bureau.
