My experience at X3 in Nashville was life-changing. My PT, Tyler, was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what exercises I needed in order to regain my strength and balance. Y’all, this is the place. I had a hip replacement 9 months ago and have had months of severe muscle pain that left me unable to sleep or enjoy my usual activities, despite doing PT elsewhere post-surgery… not quite what I envisioned recovery to look like in my 30’s.
