I recently represented a seller with the sale of their property. The buyer worked with an out of town lender X2, Shawn Malkou was the managing broker helping the buyer with their loan. I appreciated the updates from beginning to end and especially appreciated how reachable Shawn was. He responded to my emails and answered questions along the way. In this business, it takes everyone on both sides working together to ensure a smooth transaction and I was very pleased with Shawn's customer service.
