He was quick to reply when I asked for a repair but now that he has my phone, he no longer answer calls or reply to my text. He pretty much stole that phone. I will end up reporting that phone stolen. Before you do business with him, check Facebook for comments people have about the service. You’ll find many stories just like mine.
Replaced my phone camera and was easy to communicate, while also being affordable.
After an initial great impression, Jason repeatedly dodged my calls and inquiries as to the repair timelines of my phone. After 3 weeks the screen was replaced, but no functioning as promised. Taking it back, it then took another 3 weeks for the same result. Seemingly looking to make it right, an e transfer was promised, however now the practice of ignoring my calls and texts is all to familiar.
