I used to go straight to these guys for repairs but decided I no longer find them reliable at all. I gave them a 1-star due to an incident where I was charged $75 for an iPad repair done by Arturo, and dude charges me $80 out of nowhere despite the fact that it wasn’t the price I agreed on. Every piece of tech that needs repairs, I go straight to these guys. They take their time fixing any problems tablets, phones, or laptops may have. I only gave them a 4 since he may offer something different than what he’s original offered you on the phone, so you’ll have to remind him.
Very good customer service got my computer on time I would recommend this store millions of times
They were unprofessional, kept giving me the runaround with my laptop, and repeatedly claimed it was ready when it clearly wasn't even close. I kept going to pick it up as they instructed, only to be told it wasn't ready. Despite telling them I needed it by a certain date because I'm a DJ, they didn't seem to care and kept forgetting to call me back. I had to rush them, but they didn't do anything to it.
