This company went down hill as in product and shipping. If I could give them no stars I would. My package doesn't have insurance like they said. 2 out of 4 items weren't delivered and it was and opened package. Spent over 100 dollars. Never again. This isn't the first time either, I should have learned my lesson. Poor customer service at that. Even with pictures I sent .. no problem solved. Don't waste your time.
I wish I didn’t have to post a bad review because I love their clothes it’s perfect and affordable. I regret ordering from here again it’s happened twice but I ordered jeans and shirt on 10/17/25 and it’s now 11/24/25 and my order hasn’t shipped! The label has been created but not even an update I’ve sent multiple emails about refund or update and no response but they are active on instagram everyday.
