This by far the worst delivery service ever! They’ve delayed my order for a week now and when you try to contact someone regarding the delivery instructions you cannot speak with them directly, it’s only AI generated replies. If you are ordering SHEIN and this will be your delivery service DONT DO IT!
I really wish you well in *** 5 deliveries stressed me out SO MUCH, I paid even extra 13$ for express shipping so store could change the delivery carrier to any normal one. No phone, no email, no any chance to contact a real person. But package was separated on 2 parcels and 1 of them “was delivered” by SpeedX. Fedex made things great. Unable to connect with a live agent despite the website stating otherwise, repeated problems with delivery of packages, either they deliver after business hours, falsely claims to deliver, or they take it upon themselves to return your package. This company is the worst, and I would recommend anyone use caution with companies/sellers/individuals who use this courier for shipping.
