Delivery driver left my package in a random empty locked lot!!! And it’s impossible to get a hold of their dispatch so pissed!!!! Literally every time they deliver over here it’s a problem
Can anyone help me out with SpeedX contact number? I’m really trynna ship this package out. They literally have no proper addresses or contact number to call them to ask directly where to drop this package off.
This delivery service is hideous!!!!!!!! They are connected to the same companies you are buying generally specific low-priced goods from specific Chinese companies dealing in the overseas imports to USA. *They put these imports into USA warehouses, so you don’t pay the sky high costs. Every single time worst experience of my life out of all the hundreds of packages that have been shipped via speedx I have received two of them over the years..TWO!!! Every single time they mark them as delivered they show some random picture of some random area and no package at my house there's no way of speaking to a person and all you can do is enter your phone number and it gives you updates and if it doesn't say delivered with some random photo of a random location it says delay with no information no way of contacting... read more
Absolute garbage service, their delivery drivers do not follow instructions, they lie about delivery attempts, and overall service is garbage. They also have zero customer service, extremely disappointed with this whole interaction and I will never order from anyone that use speed-x ever again. And I’m reporting you to the better Business Bureau!
