So far my experience has been wonderful. Your YouTube tutorial is awesome, it gave me the basic steps to get things going and to show my staff how the Model 88 works. Their technician, Orlando is experienced, knowledgeable, and helpful. He explained how to get my newly acquired (but old) machine cleaned up. He also helped me get my machine up and running. I’m very excited to begin making tortillas.
