As someone who goes to estate sales, X does NOT mark the spot. Most of the sales I've seen from them have been by appointment only. Which is fine, until you try to make an appointment, and are treated rudely, or grilled with a "what do you want". This happened multiple times. Also, when most people think of an estate sale, they think of a house or actual estate that you can visit, and look through to find items. The last few sales I've seen from this place has just been a bunch of stuff in a storage locker.
Mark, Luke and their team are incredible. They are absolute wizards and anticipate issues so that they don't impede a move. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing help with moving or any of their other services. You'll be happy to have their support.
