X-Copper staff expertly handled all aspects of my case and got 2 major violations with 10 total demerits reduced to 1 minor violation with 2 demerits. A possible licence suspension was also avoided!! Was in a bad situation with 2 serious tickets. From the first phone call until a resolution was found Jeff was very helpful and courteous. At the end of the day we went from facing a super major violation 6pts and a major violation 5pts with a possible 90 day suspension and $2500+ in fines to a single minor moving violation with 4 pts and $700 fine.
