My speed was over 39 km/h, and I received 4 demerit points. You did nothing to help—just saved 1 point. If I had handled it myself, I would have saved at least 2 points. It was a complete waste of my time and money. You never responded in a timely manner and only gave excuses, saying the person handling my case resigned, which is why you couldn’t contact me. If anyone wants to waste their money, this is the place to go.
I had a great experience with this team. They handled my traffic ticket for Fail to yield to pedestrian (4 demerits) very professionally. They contacted the Brampton court on my behalf and kept me updated throughout the process. In the end, the Crown couldn’t prove the case and my charge was withdrawn — no fine, no points, and no record! I really appreciate their effort and communication. Highly recommend their service to anyone dealing with a traffic ticket.
