They were very good about following up until I paid them. Then communication became almost non existent. I would receive calls the morning of my court date. The first one, she, who was not involved in my case whatsoever, asked if i was ready to accept the plea. I had received no information regarding the plea prior to this, so she quickly ran through it and expected a decision right there.
