good businesses & nice work environment
Great chair! I have neck disk problems and this chair supports me perfectly. My X2 X-chair is comfortable, ergonomic and a great value. There was a small mishap with shipping, but they fixed this by upgrading my chair for the inconvenience. That works for me!!!
Customer service is off the chart! Best company I have dealt with possibly ever. Had a issue ordering, and someone from x chair called me immediately to fix the issue. The X Chair is heavy duty not sure if you can buy a better built chair at any price. I was surprised at how heavy the chair is yet easy to use and move about. Seems to be a position for every size person. However when I sit in it one of my back muscles burns not sure if it's the new chair or just my old back.
