Sways is absolutely the way to go if you’re in Utah or Wyoming for a preparation and renewal. They were great with communication getting back to me within 10 minutes of every message, the work looks phenomenal, and they were fast and efficient aswell. Whenever I have a fossil I’m 100% coming back to them
Great shop with some amazing rocks. I was like a kid in a candy store. It was not to walk out of there with 50 pounds of new rocks for my collection.
By far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I left a fossil to be prepped with their shop in June of 2024 along with a $100 deposit. I was not provided a timeline but I checked in several times over the following months. Each time I was given some excuse and that it would done soon. After waiting 6 months with no updates or timeline, I asked for a refund and Robert confirmed he would send me a refund and my unprepped fossil.
