Brett was incredible. He answered all my questions. Came up with a warm-up routine that I plan to implement for the next six weeks. Brett was extremely knowledgeable, hands on, and demonstrated each exercise he wanted to see you perform. Definitely recommend if you’re recovering from a sports injury or simply have body mechanic concerns.
Brett has been working with my daughter for almost a year now. She had a knee injury that over time was causing pain more frequently. As a multi-sport athlete, this was mentally and physically tough. Since she has been working with him, she has had no pain (knock on wood) and has been complemented numerous times on her form and strength by different coaches/trainers/PE teachers, etc. Brett works well with her and we are very pleased with her progress! We will always recommend Brett to anyone, he is fabulous at what he does!
