Stacey is amazing and so incredibly helpful. She got me hooked on Red Light Therapy. I have Ehlers Danlos and get massages every 3-4 weeks which only give a couple days relief. I was due to start PT for a muscle strain I had for 6 months but after a month of RLT I no longer need it.
