Mohammad was very friendly & did a quick efficient installation. I’m happy with the outcome.
Complete disaster and very unhelpful when things go wrong. On 20th October we had a measure and quote for a small roller blind for a window of 1m diameter. Paid a deposit on the blind and waited for it to be ready. A few weeks later we were asked to pay the remainder as it was ready for installation. Terrible service and follow ups. Got my security door installed and it wasn’t installed correctly. Called Wynstan Willoughby and spoken to a lady (Sharon) who was useless (and condescending) and kept telling me she had passed my message to management and she couldn’t do anything if they never got back to me?! I’m like, who else do I call??? I rang her 4 times to follow up which each time was an awful experience and eventually got given a number for head office.
