The quality of Wynstan's blinds and curtains is excellent and I am very happy with the finished product. The staff, particularly Shirley at the showroom, the head office representative and the installation technician, were all polite, professional and genuinely tried their best to help. I don’t like posting negative reviews but honestly I would never recommend Wyston. We ordered over $3.5k worth of flyscreens on the 18th March - were meant to be installed 3 weeks ago - installer sick - that’s ok - this happens - no follow up by Wyston - instead it’s me chasing to see when they could be installed - the next week the installer turns up only for all the flyscreens for the windows to be the wrong size - he could have installed the doors but left saying they were also the wrong size. Today 21/4/26 THe below is the review I posted a year ago, We spent $5k for 2 blinds and in three years we are having our third problem. I have been chasing Wynstan for over a week for even just a repy. My recommendation is think carfeully before using them. Mohammed came out today for the second time having determined the issue at the first visit. He has fixed the broken parts and it is as good as new. Mohammed was punctual, efficient and very pleasant. Top marks for him.
I had the worst experience with Wynstan’s installation and the nightmare is not over yet. The installer of the fly screen hacked away at the aluminium frame of my sliding door without my knowledge, and the next thing I saw was a big, ugly gaping hole at the frame and a fly screen handle that clashes against my sliding door handle. Don't bother! This has been the worst customer service experience. I paid my deposit at the end of October after being told it was the last day to order curtains for installation before Christmas. Spoiler alert- it didn't happen. I followed up in Jan and was told it was a supplier delay but if I wanted to cancel I'd have to pay a $200 cancellation fee. I made a subsequent complaint (because no one told me the fabric wasn't in stock) and they agreed to give me a full refund. But four weeks later and I am still waiting... Save... read more
