Have their products and it’s great. This location is terrible. Lacks knowledge. Visited at 3pm and doors are locked and no one to be found. Not even a note saying they’re at lunch or in restroom. Just ghosting. Went in one time and person stated they’re a nepo hire because their cousin or something is a VP. The items are not cheap, so if I planning on dropping coin here, I expect decent service from knowledgeable people.

Read this before renting their bits! Horrible customer service and dishonest sales practices. Wynstan installed screens at my grandparent’s home. They lied and said the tamper resistant screws are their own patent. The types used are 3.15MM pentagon head and TS20 torx plus (5 point).
