waited almost 4 months to get a crimsafe door installed.I had to chase the quote as I had'nt received it after 2 weeks. After waiting the intial 6 weeks for installation had to chase up when this would happened I was told first there was a 2 weeks delay then again another 2 week delay mind you my door frame is a standard door frame.The office ladies were very understanding with my frustrations.
