Do not use this company - they take your money, and then you are hounding them for installation. They don’t know what customer service is and bounce you around from pillar to post.
To say that my experience with Wynstan Five Dock has been less than ideal would be an understatement. I first contacted Wynstan in mid‑July to enquire about sheer curtains, and a consultant attended on the 30th of July for the initial measure and quote. This was my experience to obtain a flyscreen door and 2 flyscreen windows: Initially organised a measure and quote 16 October. Minutes before attendance, I get a call to say it’s been cancelled. Which was an annoying start as I organised this for when my son was in daycare. Reorganised for 25 October - no issues, receive a quote. Accept quote that week by paying 50% deposit, receive email saying turnaround time is 6 weeks. Followed-up 2-3x with Wynstan between beginning of Dec and end of Jan about whereabouts of product. Never deal with these guys. Once you pay money you literally go in circle calling head office and them. They literally blame each other but they work under same umbrella worst case is you call five dock it gets direct to drummoyne apparently they don’t have phone and you have to explain again. I been waiting awning for 3 months and finally it arrived with completely different colour with no logo. Please customers do your research before you give any job to this company.
