Blinds under warranty - warranty rejected with no valid reason. Offered to replace them for a discounted price. Customer service team horrendous - incredibly rude, refuse to listen, imply you are a liar, the business find any possible way to work out of their warranty. Blinds installed today - see photos. Terrible quality. Marks everywhere - told to clean them with sugar soap. Blinds already fraying even though they just came out the packaging. Blind warped. Horrific company to deal with, poor quality. DO NOT USE
I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with Wystan and their staff. One of their employees, Hayley Louise Bading, was driving a company vehicle and behaved in an extremely aggressive and unsafe manner on the road. She brake-checked me and even made an offensive gesture (middle finger) while driving, which is completely unacceptable for anyone—let alone someone representing a business. I recently rang to book a free measure quote appointment to have curtains put in my property. I then had someone call me To make this appointment and this was on February 11 and they told me the earliest they had for anyone to come out and give me a quote was March 5, which seemed very convenience that the current 50% off special ends on the 28th of February but you can’t actually get any measuring quotes until the following week I will definitely be going through a more a reputable professional business for curtains for my ... read more
