This is our experience with Wynstan. We ordered an outdoor extendable arm awning in Feb and were told approx 10 weeks. 20 weeks later we got. However problem with installation as a part missing, so they had to come back, which was over week later. Then awning warped and someone else came out and said because of the powder coating, and he'd have to remove some of it. And my question is, why offer powder coating if it will cause warping?
