Do your homework and read the review - I wish I had Ordered in Feb upon paying the deposit advised 6 weeks to installation. I couldn't get what I wanted sheer curtains & black outs as an issue with my wardrobe doors. I was advised re sheer blinds & black outs that I should focus on getting the black outs up first! not sure why but needed urgent blinds to move into room. Followed up 7 weeks later as no contact whatsoever made. Week 8 installer arrives, not a very happy man, leaves without installing or telling me the issue. H... read more
I am writing this on behalf of my 90 year old Mother. After being told by her friends to try Wynstan, she booked in a replacement venetian blind to be installed in her lounge room. The blind being replaced had been in her house for over 55 years. The newly employed installer arrived and installed the blind backwards. After being made aware that he had installed the blind backwards, he told my mother he would have to return to fix it.
