Like many others, wish I came here first. Horrible experience and haven't even had an installation yet. Will update more if the job actually gets completed. The responses to the bad reviews re being "contacted by a manager" are a waste of time and an attempt at appearing to have some level of customer service... Avoid if you can.
Poorly installed block out blinds - One panel installed is in the opposite direction so they don’t block out the sun. When I raised this with the installer, I was assured it was the only way it could be installed because I had sliding doors (keep in mind I had just given birth and was sleep deprived and not in the frame of mind to challenge this). Avoid Wynstan – the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. We purchased a new folding awning which took over four months to arrive, only to be installed with faulty fabric. After another month’s wait, the replacement finally arrived but this time the aluminium frame was all scratched, and the installation damaged our newly renovated home, It took almost a year for Wynstan to send someone to “repair” the damage, but they sent an unqualified handyman who made things worse.
