Overall, my experience was very good. Dana and Laura at Wynstan Dandenong were always friendly, helpful, and fantastic to deal with. They kept on top of my order and gave me regular updates. Rick, who took the measurements, was also lovely, and patienly explained the different types of doors etc. Michael Johannsen, who completed the final installation, was excellent and a pleasure to deal with. We’ve just had our last install from the Dandenong office today (May 19th 2026) and we can’t speak highly enough of the experience we’ve had. From the girls in the office, Laura & Danna, who kept us updated every step of the way with our order, which was quite large. 13 new blockout blinds, 3 Crim Safe doors, 1 Security Roller Shutter & 2 Plantation shutters. A Comedy of Errors without the laughter! My security door was ordered on 3 December, I was told it would be a few weeks before the installer contacted me to book a time to install the frame. I had to ring them in early February to chase it up. The frame was installed mid February - again I was told 2 or 3 weeks.
