Very disappointing experience with Wynstan. We placed a large order and paid the 50% deposit on 13th February, but installation didn’t happen until 2nd April. When the blinds were finally installed, we discovered there was no pelmet for the double blinds, which makes them look unfinished and unattractive. Purchased blinds June 28th and as of July 7th still no blinds in sight. They measured a few weeks after purchase, then put installer to measure again for some reason. Third party installer only available one Thursday a month due to being overly busy. So basically 1.5 months after purchase I still don't even have my blinds order measured let along ordered! Jonathan was very friendly, arrived on time, was very professional and installed our blind quickly and efficiently and took the old blind away. The blind looks great, would highly recommend, very happy with the result.
We had a Crimsafe security door installed by Wynstan Blinds at Brookvale. They matched the colour of our front door exactly and Jonathan, our installer, did a tremendous job of installing the door in our older, not quite square house. Its looks fabulous and fits perfectly.
